Page #4: — “It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of a society…. without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.”
“This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent.”
“The solution of today’s problems requires an approach which is ruthlesslycandid, with no agonizing over religious, moral or cultural values.”
Right at the beginning of the document, they are admitting that they are planning to create slavery and commit genocide.

They see humans as animals and decided that the genocide of humanity was justified, because “people will not use their intelligence”.
