Most only buy that sngle game Madden or 2k, the time investment to perform everything like badge grinding can take all your time although I think it's easier today to get to 99 and they want you to make multiple builds today. I play with the thing mostly every year I just dont get it in launch because of the sideshow it is and it drops cost fast. Or maybe the Madden 21 coins people that is whining on the world wide web doesn't have anything to do with the people that's generally buying games such as Madden, NBA 2K along with other games in this way. Regardless of the whining people do here, these matches are nearly always very good. They constantly have like 7+ different game modes and ways to playwith. You may avoid all micro transactions incredibly easily.
There is not anything wrong with paying $60 on a game every year if you're spending 300+ hours playing it. Many gamers do not realize the amount of console sales which take place is quite high just because of its particular purpose to perform two or one annualized franchises. For the person who buys two matches a year for example Madden and NBA2K every calendar year, $60x2 for the hours and hours of time put into those matches, the value is super large. The population of men and women who fall within that category aren't on r/Games whining about microtransactions and shit like this. They most likely don't even possess a reddit account.
I watched a meeting for a few of the prior call of responsibility annualized games (such as modern warfare 3 or so), and the developers basically said that normal players (those ones who play halo, killzone, battlefieldalong with other shooters) don't purchase call of duty games. The majority of people who perform call of duty will only purchase Cod and a sports game. CODX and TIgerwoods 20xx, CODX and Madden20XX, CODX and NBA2kXX, and etc.. And they will do so religiously every year. I have discovered this subset referred to as Brogamers--kind of the antithesis to those that only play with The Sims/Animal Crossing but in the long run it is a similar paying pattern. Entirely agree with you and that interview from back in the afternoon (individual time is flying by). Bro have you played a Madden game lately? They're fucking terrible! Same engine as they used on PS3, yet the match has less features and more bugs than it did 15 years back. It is objectively a terribly created game.
The madden criticism which surfaced has nothing to do along with your remark. Its a growing group of people who want to play a fantastic football match, but Ea keeps selling them exactly the same game without updating the engine. This group needs the nfl to either give out multiple instances of likeness rights or offer them exclusively to a different company that would hopefully make a much better game. Not surprising. This is why EA does not have to bother ever enhancing anything in the majority of their manners or fixing any bugs which have been there for years. People will buy it regardless and whales will dump tons of money into MUT. 2k has similar troubles and the microtransaction stuff is gross but in the very least which has great gameplay and top tier presentation and they still put in a little more effort. Sports game simply have an entirely different demographics to matches such as Witcher 3 and CIV.
If anything this shows you why they released a broken product. The men and women who purchase don't read/care what the web thinks. Disappointed in the sports community but honestly. . .where else can they go when this is their sole option? The majority of the sports enthusiast don't read reviews before they purchase. A good deal of cheap Mut 21 coins them literally only play that sport for the entire year. It is the same for FIFA. Imagine if Fromsoftware made a half-baked Souls match. The fans would still purchase it since it's nevertheless a Souls match. Makes sense if you think of it that way. I mean, I just played New Super Mario Bros 2. It is like three hours long and nothing about it's distinctive from all of the other New Super Mario Bros. games. Yet, I bought it, and therefore didn't millions of other players.
