    Arcturians (channeled messages)
    APRIL 21, 2019

Dear ones, we greet you on this religious holiday of Easter being celebrated in Christian communities the world over in remembrance of the suffering, death, and resurrection of the master teacher Jeshua. However, just as with the Christmas story, Easter also holds much deeper meaning and every human is living the Easter story at some level.

Every individual throughout their many lifetimes has experienced the death of old beliefs and the integration of new ones but always within the third dimensional belief system. This is how evolution happens. At some point a spiritual completion of sorts is reached and the death of what has become one’s outgrown state of consciousness begins. The soul has reached a place of readiness for new and higher dimensional awareness although usually not consciously aware of it.

Many past lives were short and filled with suffering while others were long and fulfilling but all were necessary in order for the soul to experience and grow from every aspect of three dimensional living and then move on which begins with a growing sense of dissatisfaction with what has previously been comfortable and normal.

Confusion and a sense of loss comes as a person gradually begins to shift out of alignment with some friends, traditional family values, religious doctrine, certain foods, entertainments, work, etc. This is the period in which many make futile attempts to restore that which they feel they are losing, not realizing that their energy is no longer in alignment with these things.

The death throes of one’s old state of consciousness can be painful on one or all levels but is short or long depending upon resistance. This is the period known as the “Dark night of the soul”–the part of the Master’s story where he was alone, confused, and praying in the desert with a sense of what was coming.

Change is eventually embraced and understood as being necessary and he/she begins to seek, accept, and practice increasingly higher levels of truth. The length of this phase varies with every individual and often extends through lifetimes. However, there eventually comes the personal resurrection and ascension that births a new state of consciousness. The Easter story is your story.

You have all lived as both genders, all colors, warriors, rich and poor, good and bad, etc. Every lifetime experience has served to develop your intelligence and wisdom so that over time you became a person wise and experienced regarding the best forms of three dimensional living and survival. It was not meant for this to be the final goal, but rather a portion of your journey toward remembering–every experience a step along the way to higher awareness.

Ascension is a process. When a spiritually prepared person becomes comfortable in their three dimensional world believing that they have reached the pinnacle of success and that there is nothing more, this world will often collapse on one or more levels– physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually allowing the first stage of their personal Easter to begin.

For those living fully in the the third dimensional belief system these types of experiences are usually the manifestation of their belief in duality and separation but for the spiritually evolved, they represent the dissolution of the person’s an old illusory belief system. Always remember that nothing real can ever be lost but rather only changes form. That which seems to have disappeared will reappear in better and higher form if it is a part of one’s consciousness of wholeness.

The crucifixion of one’s belief system can be an excruciating experience leaving the person with no foundation to depend upon or to look toward for answers and solutions. Friends and family often try to assist during this period but are unable to because the three dimensional tools they offer are not in alignment with the higher frequency process taking place.

After many “failures” to recreate what has been lost with three dimensional solutions, he/she begins to give up and stop resisting which then allows the person to open to the inner guidance that has always been present but ignored. He/she begins to disengage from the false beliefs that created the pain and suffering and enters the tomb to rest and process what has taken place.

A new and higher state of consciousness is born as the individual rises out of his/her personal death and darkness, a consciousness that only those at a similar level of awareness can recognize. As he/she begins incorporating and living from their new awareness, more truth unfolds and they become increasingly enlightened until at a certain point they are ready for ascension out of their old state of consciousness.

On earth at this time, ascension means the shift of consciousness out of the third dimension and into the fifth, a dimension governed by frequencies of unconditional love and Oneness.

The Christ is already fully present within each and every person but can not be experienced until recognized. Many continue to cry out; “How could a loving God allow this?” God activity cannot be present in a vacuum but must flow through his expressions on earth. It is the same as having a large bank account that one is totally unaware of and so lives ignorantly in poverty.

Through un-awakened ignorance the third dimensional state of consciousness has created the world of pain, suffering, lack, and limitation that most have come to accept as normal. A world that many continue begging God to change. Divine Consciousness knows nothing about what three dimensional thinking is creating because illusion does not exist in Divine Consciousness. This is why the changes you wish to see, you must create.

The Easter experience is here for all who choose it. Mankind is now in the midst of the suffering, pondering, and dying part in preparation for resurrecting out of the duality and separation that has ruled and governed over hundreds of lifetimes.

Up to now individuals had to physically die in order to ascend to a higher dimension, but at this powerful time mankind is ascending while in physical body. The integration of higher more refined Light energies cannot take place with the old still in place which is why most of you are in the process of clearing old cellular energy and remaining karmic issues at this time.

Arcturian Group wishes to speak of the energy changes taking place on earth. As the frequencies of earth become increasingly refined, there comes increasing chaos because when Light flows to that which is dark and heavy, it causes a reaction.

Those continuing to hold tightly to the illusions of old energy are experiencing resistance and fear as they struggle through means that no longer work, to keep the status quo. Everyone, those awake and those who are not, are experiencing the higher frequency energies, but because many do not understand what is going on, they are acting out in ways that make sense to their un-awakened consciousness.

Negative and false beliefs are beginning to be recognized for what they are in the awareness of an increasing number of people starting to realize that they no longer agree with many of the beliefs and laws they previously accepted. People are waking up the world over and starting to question what they have been told which in turn is causing resistance and action on the part of those who thrive from everything remaining in old energy.

Hold to your center dear ones, holding the Light of truth closely within you at all times. Try not to get overly involved in the negative appearances that confront your awareness every day. Concern and worry over appearances only adds more energy to those very things. Allow false creations to dissolve into the nothingness that they really are which will happen if they are no longer fed.

Much is yet to be revealed. Let trust and truth be your shield and sword always remembering that nothing can make you less than the Divine Being that you are. If someone were to shoot you in the heart, you would continue simply watching the show but from a different seat. You are Divine beings always have been and forever will be, for there is nothing else.

    This realization is your Easter.

Surviving an Illuminati Cult — A Survivor Speaks On Having Needs

(Svali) This is a guest article by someone who has written expressively and eloquently on how the survivor of cult abuse feels. Her name is niid la’i and she speaks for many of us about the isolation and loss of identity, the need to protect oneself after a lifetime of betrayals. The desire to learn to trust and be open. She calls it:

    On Having Need
    by Niid La’i

This is an essay on need. Need is frightening to me. I don’t want to have need! The voices of programming inside start to shout at me when I acknowledge that I have needs. I am not supposed to have needs. I have always existed to serve others. I am supposed to be compliant, understanding, and forgiving, no matter what anyone does to me, or says to me. I am never supposed to express an opinion, or discontent or dissatisfaction.

As a child, I learned to have a “nothing face.” This face was devoid of all expression. It was a face that hid a million feelings. Sometimes, even this expression was unacceptable. If it was misconstrued as sullen, then punishment descended on me anyway. I had to have at least a suggestion of a smile and contentment blended in with the nothing face. It was used when cult members were present and in the home with the mother and father.

I also have, what I call, “outside faces.” Outside faces are more readable. They were created to present a pleasant, calm, and amiable appearance to all people. The outside faces went to school, and to relatives’ homes, and to public places. As a small child people would comment on how quiet I was. As a teen-ager, and even now, many friends and acquaintances tell me I am so, “laid back!” What a joke! But it proves how well everyone inside has hidden behind the acceptable faces that afforded some safety.

One problem this has created is a numbing affect. In order for the outside faces and the nothing face to function, needs and feelings had to be literally forgotten. If alters, which I call, “others, ” inside were too upset or anxious, there was a possibility of their emotions breaking through. Often in a cult gathering, members of the group would convince little others that if they had feelings inside, the members could tell. So, even if their facial expression was as it should be, the cult members would punish them for the feelings these “little people”, my name for little alters, were supposedly having. Because of this, others learned to deny their feelings and more others were created to hold feelings in far away worlds. Their needs were not recognized anymore either. Eventually they were as “nothing” inside as their faces learned to be on the outside.

When one of my others was 6 years old she was being taught not to cry. I’m sure there were lots of other “lessons” already ingrained about showing emotions, but this is just one description of those indoctrination sessions. The memory, and I’m sure it is not complete, is of this small child standing naked in front of a male adult. He was sitting in a chair and all of a sudden he slapped her very hard on the cheek. Of course, she grabbed her cheek and started to cry. He removed her hand and hit her again and said simply, “Don’t cry!” She tried to stop but couldn’t. He continued to hit her cheek and repeat the words until her tears stopped and the only evidence of the pain was her labored breathing. I’m sure that at some point this little person inside fragmented into more others who could hold the sting of the slaps and even the tears away from the six year olds consciousness. Eventually she was able to stand dry eyed in front of her abuser and not even flinch. By the time this was accomplished her cheek and eye were so swollen and bruised that she could not go to school for more than a week.

Certainly, everyone who lives on the earth has the need to cry many times in his/her life. But for me, because of countless, repeated episodes of controlled programming such as the one just described, my need to cry was effectively shut off. Now, as an adult, though I need to cry, there are many times I can’t. I will feel tears begin to fill my eyes and my throat tighten up, but then all the symptoms just go away. I am left with an overwhelming sadness, a stomach- ache and extreme anxiety.

Can I then tell anyone I am anxious, or sad, or feel sick? NO! Others inside have been taught equally well that they are not supposed to ask for relief or comfort. They should not even feel sad, or anxious or sick. If they do have these feelings, they think they are bad and evil for having them. They experience tremendous guilt and shame.

In the present day, I find I don’t understand what is happening with my emotions. I go to the Dr. and get so anxious when I have to tell him/her what is wrong that I get tongue-tied and confused. The Dr. gets impatient and frustrated because my explanations are so disjointed. He/she misunderstands.. I try again, but I still can’t be clear. I am then judged incompetent and a hypochondriac. I am treated with lack of respect and in a mocking way. I don’t understand why I can’t talk to Drs. I feel stupid and ashamed for being so evasive and indirect.

This happens because I am not supposed to need. If I am sick, I am not supposed to need help. I am not supposed to tell anyone I don’t feel good. I am not supposed to GET sick in the first place. This is ludicrous when considered logically. Everyone gets sick. But, the lessons are still so much a part of me, I think I am bad and evil for wanting medicine to feel better.

Let’s say I go to a therapy session. I am going to therapy because I am trying to resolve the conflicts I sense inside. Even being there is a serious breach of “the rules.” Again, I am admitting I have needs, and I am trying to talk to someone about them. Talking is akin to murder. It is a capital offense, and carries major consequences if broken. Therapy is all about talking! If I sit silent in front of my therapist then nothing is accomplished. If I speak to him I am buried in angry, shouting inner voices, pleading voices, scared voices. My body starts to hurt in various places. I cannot think again, and what I say comes out jumbled and incoherent. I get frustrated and panic-stricken. If my therapist shows even the slightest indication of impatience or perceived anger, everyone inside withdraws. All the others inside willing to watch and listen are so hyper alert they notice every movement, twitch and voice inflection the therapist has. This can seriously impede progress in therapy.

Many times I have left a session thinking the therapist has labeled me needy and draining. This is because if I ask him/her for anything; reassurance, understanding, support, I think I am being overbearing and demanding. The very act of walking through the door of the office and being seen feels like asking for more than anyone should ever be asked to give. Indeed, I am supposed to go in there and figure out what the therapist needs and start supporting and taking care of him! Paradoxically if the therapist cannot return a rare phone call, or cannot be as supportive as I need him/her to be, I feel rejected and abandoned. So, I find myself in one of those double binds so common to survivors. If the therapist is supportive, etc. I feel bad and evil. If he is not supportive I feel bad and evil. This is all because I am not supposed to have any needs.

What can happen, is that I get so worried about being needy, that I become needy!! By skirting around what I really want to say or ask for, those who are working with me have to guess at what I am really trying to ask or say. They can end up feeling manipulated, or like they are being forced to play some strange kind of game. Though this is not my intent, especially if they do not know me very well, my “halftalk,” as I call it, can create the very drain I am trying so hard not to inflict on others.

It’s another trust issue. In order to heal, I have to trust before trust is really there to be able to learn to trust! I have to risk from the very foundation of my being. I wear the lessons of the past like a second skin. To begin removing this skin leaves me feeling touch tender and naked once again. I often feel like I am metaphorically standing in the middle of a busy freeway daring the cars not to hit me. That’s how vulnerable I feel as I try and shed the beliefs that have ruled me from the day I was born. I hate it when I am told I am comfortable living within the boundaries placed on me from the past. But, it is true. I have only known what I was so methodically programmed to believe.

Learning new ways is filled with as much pain and anxiety as the original abuse. As I discover and then acknowledge that I have needs, and attempt to trust these needs to “outsiders,” “big people,” i.e., therapist, Drs. and friends, I open myself up to the possibility of more hurt and misunderstanding. Though these people are not abusers, human beings are subject to making mistakes, responding from their own set of rules. The everyday problems in relationships that are bound to happen when people get together can seem as intense as the former abuse.

Can the voices of programming ever be silenced? I hope so. At this point, I have to rely on my therapists and other caregivers to instruct me and guide me. I cannot offer concrete ways to implant trust in barren soil. What this essay offers is insight. I NEED those who read it to understand and be able to step beyond my walls of resistance and help me. I hope that as other survivors relate to these barriers that affect their healing they will also seek out people that can assist them to shed their old skins of the past. Now how’s this for breaking programming! Copyright 2000 Niid la’i:

Thank you for your courage in opening your heart and sharing with others here. May what you wrote open the eyes of both therapists and support people to the tremendous issues that a survivor of ritual abuse struggles with in the healing process. -Svali

The Awakening-How to get out of the Matrix.

The Awakening-How to get out of the Matrix.

    The control system
There is an awakening going on. A lot of us are waking up from the Alien Matrix control system. We have been used as slaves by demonic alien groups that control our systems, our governments, schools, organizations, Secret societies, military industrial complex, companies, societies etc. The aliens are architects of the Matrix control system. Our own biology is the product of alien-produced engineering. Our drive is focused primarily on ego and mind, and they have produced the illusion to make us think we are the mind or ego. The odds are stacked against us. People who are not awake and don't pay attention, are completly controlled by this system.

I remember, as a child, when I was five years old and walking home from kindergarden. I said to my mother: "I think we are part of a dream. Some sort of 'God' dreams up the life we have. This is a fake reality." I have been getting into this space of 'illusion' a few times in my life, that was a scary experience because you are in this 'unknown' and realize you are not who you think you are. This experience has been for me way beyond Mindful meditation. Recently I have heard that there was an evil god that created duality and this 'fake reality' for humans. The life we have, experiences and people we meet is part of this 'dream this evil god' has for us, also linked to the 'soul contract'.

While I was working in the Psychiatric Hospital of the University in Zurich, Switzerland, there was a woman who was diagnosed with Bipolar, and she was screaming out loud, that all of the nurses and doctors would be programmed, by some outside force, except me. I had no idea at that time, that the control was going so deep, but I knew what she was talking about in terms of the people I was working with, who acted like robots, repeating the cold and sterile ideas of psychiatry.

The control system has infiltrated itself into cultures, cities, communities and countries. It also has infiltered itself even into New Age communities. What may appear like 'light work' might be the 'false light of lucifer' or the false reality where they created light/dark as part of this duality system, which is an illusion. Real light is awareness, which comes naturally when we grow.

The various conditionings of our society are linked with these dark entities. They create wars, anxiety, worries and fear in people. They want people to be structured certain ways, go to work; to be in the 'system' is the goal. People are having 8am-5pm jobs, usually five days a week and when they come home they are tired. The control system got people caught up in material things desiring more and as a consequence, having to go to work, where they are trapped into this control system. The system is designed to condition you, to suffer, working a lot, to be caught up in lower consciousness and busy worrying, stressing out, being caught up in sports or other activities that may distract you further from thinking about who you are and where you come from.

Part of this 'Matrix' is also the duality which was created by evil aliens. There are many illusions that were created for us humans and to confuse us. They want us keep in duality-good/bad, right/wrong, democrat/republican or left/right brain. In the middle lies the truth. In this context the political parties are set up, schools, companies etc. that all 'run' this way.

The reptilian aliens keep us locked into these events of lower density experience. Lower frequency experiences also include conflict, religious, zealot nations, emotional trauma and division. The higher frequencies are the ones of harmony and our life force, the Chi, is flowing freely. There is a sense of self empowerment and control. Remember higher beings don't want to control you, they want you to be free and appreciate your free will. There are many lower being disguised in higher beings, they control psychics, public speakers and polititians. They may talk about the light and higher things, which then leads to the trap of lower things. For instance they may talk spirituality but it is all designed to control you and it may cost you a lot of money to achieve 'these goals'. An example are expensive seminars or when people make big promises without having the back up to show the results or in the end bring the results. The 'guru' or scammer might have great goals in mind that look fabulous, yet it is a reptilian creature full of greed 'controlling the show'. Usually when there is a sense of 'dark magnet' or strange pull towards them, this could be an indication of evil forces 'at work'.

When it comes to money, I catch myself thinking how I could make more money. I personally don't mind to live on a small budget and have aboundance in my life, I do catch myself somethimes wanting more, while everything is fine. There is nothing wrong with more aboundance in your life, to expand and be creative, it is likely that we are caught up in this 'matrix', this control system, by focusing too much on our material success, worldly things and having more and more. A lot of people want to switch careers, and go from an industrial or banking career, for instance, to a 'spiritual' career. Perhaps they are getting into hypnosis, healing, coaching or even psychic readings. They often then focus on getting more famous, making more money, charging outrages fees and simply get caught up in this 'more and more thing'.

I have been on a spiritual path all my life and met a lot of people in Ashrams in India, in Mystery schools all over the world, in Christian groups, in Esoteric groups, in New Age communities and at Seminars. People focus on reaching enlightenment, achieving more 'balance' in life, becoming powerful, more relaxed, obtaining a light body etc. While there is nothing wrong working on these things to some degree, often times people are simply caught up in the mind again, wanting more and more. Nothing has really changed. They are still caught up in the illusion, in greed.

What the mind does, it wants to change things, fix things, achieve higher goals etc. There is nothing wrong in using the mind as a vehicle in order to obtain things we want and they are good for us, the trap starts when we get identified with our minds and ego and get too much caught up in the material world. The mind becomes less of a vehicle, we become a vehicle of the mind and this control system if we get caught up in greed and the future.

You can be in the field of New Age, even a healer, a psychic and caught up in your mind, always being busy achieving something else. In the business world you wanted to make more money, have a career, in the spiritual world, you want to be this 'perfect spiritual being' and it is the same thing; the mind and ego we are identified with, wanting more and more. We are already 'there', it is about recognizing who you are and to be aware. There is nowhere to go, awareness is the key.

In Buddhism there are Three Poisons, or Three Unwholesome Roots, which are the source of all "evil" and negative mental states. The Three Poisons are lobha, dvesha and moha, In Sanskrit and Pali, the Three Poisons are called the akusala-mula. Akusala, a word usually translated as 'evil', actually means 'unskillful.' Mula means "root." The Three Poisons are, then, the root of evil, or the root from which all unskillful or harmful actions spring.Sanskrit words usually translated as "greed," 'hate' and 'ignorance'. One Sanskrit (Pali) is translated as 'greed' or 'desire'. When they speak of the 'Three Poisons', the word for greed is lobha. This means we want something in order to make us happy. This is a hindrance to the mental concentration to realize enlightenment. The Second Noble Truth teaches 'trishna' that is the cause of stress and suffering. It is clinging and attachments. More specifically it is called upadana that cause attachments.

The Theravadin teacher Nyanatiloka Mahathera has said:

"For all evil things, and all evil destiny, are really rooted in greed, hate and ignorance; and of these three things ignorance or delusion (moha, avijja) is the chief root and the primary cause of all evil and misery in the world. If there is no more ignorance, there will be no more greed and hatred, no more rebirth, no more suffering."

We have forgotten who we are and are identified with the mind and ego. The mind can be very tricky, what can have a beautiful mask, of glory, can be controlled or driven by greed, which is linked to the lower chakras and the Reptiles. We are not our mind or ego, that all is caught up in greed, desire and ignorance. We are choiceness awareness, we are the watcher. When we practice Mindful Meditation we recognize this.

How to get out of the Matrix:

Mindful Meditation: Practice daily Mindful Meditation. Be the watcher, during the day, whatever activity you do, be the watcher, anything can be a meditation, while you are washing dishes, do gardening and see that you are not your mind, the matrix is not you. You are pure awareness. You are soul.

Go inside When you go inside you will find inner strength and are less likely controllable. Stop looking outside for the fault of your problems or for satisfaction, go inside, change your thoughts and work on your beliefs and behavior pattern. This will change your world. Stop blaming. Look for solution. If you are having problems, know that you are having the power inside to solve them. Pray, and focus on solutions vs the problems. Think positive. Behind your thoughts is the 'Divine kingdom', it will create. Positive thoughts will create positive things.

Keep your frequency on a higher level Have lots of Orgonites, Chrystal and Gemstones at home, they will offset the EMF and lower frequencies. Be in nature a lot. Pray and demand lower entities to leave your home, which might be in your home. Don't eat meat, Gmo's, don't eat processed foods, junk food, drink synthetic soda (only natural soda), drink natural spring water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, Quinoa, Brown rice etc. preferred organic. Eat healthy, don't do synthetic drugs. When your frequency is at a higher level, lower entities are less likely able to control you.

Awareness Awareness is the key. During the day, ask yourself, where is my energy, what is going on right now inside of me? While you are talking with people, are at work, go inside and ask yourself, how you feel? The presence alone will bring change and the light body will manifest more, without having to do this 'lightwork'.

Change your perception We always have to consider that our thought process is manipulated. The governments do electronic mind control, demonic and alien spirits manipulate our thoughts. They intend for you to see things negative vs. positive. They create conflict for yourself. You can be in a difficult situation and suffer. By changing your perception, you may not suffer anymore because you can view the same situation in a more positive light.

Know you got the power. There is nothing wrong in doing prayer work, healing work or asking for assistance. But the true healer is the 'inner healer'. If we are busy in looking outside of ourselves for help, our own life energy gets depleted and cannot function property. By believing in yourself and your own abilities, trusting and loving yourself, you will get stronger and more resilient to the outside control.

Don't get trapped in the duality. Whenever people try to say 'this is a good person', or 'this is a bad person', or 'republicans are bad', or 'Trump is bad', be careful. Smear campaigns and Group think are part of the deception. Don't become a 'flying monkey'. In schools the teachings are designed either left brain or right brain. They want children either to be stupid, or caught up in the intellect. In America there is a motion to 'dumbing down the society', while in Europe often people are more caught up in the left brain, the intellect. They think rational, and tend to rationalize more than Americans. In America, because the notion is less left brain in a certain sense, people often believe more in psychics, UFO's and are perhaps more intuitive than in other places. In India, people are perhaps more in the 'middle'. Mind control works best when people use only one part of the brain to process information.

Be honest with yourself Many people are caught up in a behavioral pattern, behavior, beliefs and attitudes that 'run on auto pilot'. When we become more aware and are honest about what is really going on inside of our minds and watch our behavior, this is the first step to change. Somethimes people justify behavior that is not serving them, based on past experiences. All we have to do is become aware of these things and the awareness alone will bring a shift.

Unravel your pattern and Childhood conditioning A lot of people are stuck in patterns that have originated in childhood. Go back into your childhood, see what has happened, how it all made you feel, and as a consequence, you started to believe things. By simply being aware of these mechanism, the awareness alone can help. Pray and do healing work to heal your inner child. Often times the childhood pattern is linked to a Past life pattern. Your pattern is deeply linked with the Matrix of suffering and usually rooted in beliefs. Examine these beliefs, see if they are true or false, likely:
    These b e l i e f s are lying.

Have your focus in your life on your spirituality, on family and friends, on your personal growth, not on materialism. Go inside your heart, focus on looking inside, on relaxation, having fun in life and be in the moment. Be more child-like, innocent, and free. Find your own way. Nobody has the right to control you and control your thoughts. Reclaim your right to be free.

Do not consent to this control system. Demand all soul contracts to be null and void. Throw away your soul contract. We can learn our lessons without suffering. The idea of karma has been misrepresented . Most of our experiences are alien-controlled designed to cause suffering and keep our frequencies down, not karma. Remember, the most advanced people have the most difficult life. Usually the people controlled by demonic force get into power, since they get the help. Great people always face more obstacles that is designed to control them and keep them down.

Don't repress your feelings. Find a way to express them, take a bath, relax, breath into them. Do chakra work. We have to bring up our feelings, to the surface, in order to process them, regulate ourselves and heal. When we have beliefs they say that they are 'bad', we may hide them and create a phony self. Feelings have been repressed, especially in Western societies, for way too long and people became con artists, 'politically correct' or otherwise twisted.

Willingness to let go. There is a price to pay, when we grow and free ourselves from the matrix. Perhaps we have to let go of our status quo, our 'glittering image', or outside persona and false identity. It hurts to let go of the ego. Or we don't have the great mansion anymore since we decide to downside, quit our job and start our own business, go on a trip, or otherwise, just want to not be tight down anymore. We may not have the great social standing anymore, or the comfort of luxury we are used to. When we switch our perception, we may realize that these possessions enslave us more than they help us. It is not always easy to let go, but we can do it.

  • No need to code your webpage yourself, says Microsoft – draw it and our AI will do the rest:

Microsoft has introduced an AI-infused web design tool called Sketch2Code that converts hand-drawn webpage mockups into functional HTML markup. It's not to be confused with a similar AirBnB project that has been referred to, unofficially, as sketch2code.

For years, drag-and-drop web page building apps have been capable of much the same thing, allowing users to move predefined and custom objects onto a digital workspace in order to generate the working web code.

These didn't involve AI. But since last year, when Tony Beltramelli, co-founder and CEO of Uizard Technologies, published a paper describing AI-driven design software called pix2code, interest applying the various machine learning disciplines to online design appears to have picked up.

Microsoft, keen to coax customers toward its AI-oriented Azure services and to flaunt its data-processing prowess, would have web designers trade keyboard for pencil and let clever code interpret designer intent from doodles instead of relying on some app to slavishly respond to explicit commands.

Front-end web jockeys, freed from the burden of applying their expertise, can look forward to the creative satisfaction of quality assurance, a phrase which here means checking the AI's work.

It might be argued that Sketch2Code lowers the web design bar – not all that high to begin with given the capabilities of existing tools – to admit casual scribblers into creative crowd while decreasing the time from whiteboard reverie to working prototype.

"Once you have drawn these wireframes on a whiteboard, you can take a picture using the web app and then the web app would send that information to the AI service," said Tara Shankar Jana, senior product manager at Microsoft AI, while evangelizing the tech in a video. "The AI service then runs those images against the prebuilt AI model and then creates an HTML codebase followed by a resulting app."

The generated code is available as HTML, XAML and UWP.

Microsoft has assembled an arsenal of AI tools to replace human-implemented design. There's a Microsoft Custom Vision Model, trained with images of hand-rendered HTML interface elements. That's tied to a Microsoft Computer Vision Service on Azure, to translate handwritten text into a design element.

The firm's Azure Blob Storage service handles the storage of the generated code files. And an Azure website presents auto-fabbed pages to the world. All of which is coordinated by an Azure Function on the backend.

Assuming the optical character recognition code works well, the website sketch only incorporates UI elements described in the vision model, and Microsoft's code runs without issue, Sketch2Code could prove helpful. At the very least, it will provide a way to check whether the Azure billing cycle is reliable. ®

My Only Regret Is That I Didn’t Find This Practice Twenty Years Ago „
Why I Learned Transcendental Meditation Three Years Ago And Why I Still Practice It „
6 Benefits Of Transcendental Meditation (And How You Can Get Started Today) „

Jesus was once asked when the kingdom of God would come. The kingdom of God, Jesus replied, is not something people will be able to see and point to. Then came these striking words: “Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21) With these words, Jesus gave voice to a teaching that is universal and timeless.

Look into every great religious, spiritual, and wisdom tradition, and we find the same precept — that life’s ultimate truth, its ultimate treasure, lies within us.

As Jesus made unambiguously clear, we can experience this inner treasure — and no experience could be more valuable. “But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,” he declared, “and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33). From this interior plane of life, he is saying, we will gain all that is needful.

This inner treasure of life has had many names. Plato refers to it as the Good and the Beautiful, Aristotle as Being, Plotinus as the Infinite, St. Bernard of Clairvaux as the Word, Ralph Waldo Emerson as the Oversoul. In Taoism it is called the Tao, in Judaism Ein Sof. Among Australian aborigines it is called the dreamtime, among tribes of southern Africa Hunhu/Ubuntu. The names may differ, but the inner reality they point to is one and the same.

In every case, it’s understood that this inner, transcendental reality can be directly experienced. This experience has likewise been given different names. In India traditions it is called Yoga, in Buddhism Nirvana, in Islam fana, in Christianity spiritual marriage. It is a universal teaching based on a universal reality and a universal experience.

Over the past 20 centuries, leading Christian figures have written extensively on this inner kingdom of God and their personal experience of it. Here are just a few brief excerpts from a collection of many:

St. Gregory of Nyssa (c. 335–394 • Turkey)

Gregory of Nyssa, an early Christian theologian, was one of the four great fathers of the Eastern Church and served as Bishop of Nyssa, in the center of modern-day Turkey.

[The soul] leaves all surface appearances, not only those that can be grasped by the senses but also those which the mind itself seems to see, and it keeps on going deeper until by the operation of the spirit it penetrates the invisible and incomprehensible, and it is there that it sees God. The true vision and the true knowledge of what we seek consists precisely in not seeing, in an awareness that our goal transcends all knowledge. . . . [1]

    St. Augustine (354–430 • Algeria)

St-AugustineSt. Augustine, regarded as one of the towering intellectual geniuses in history, wrote more than a thousand works on philosophy, psychology, theology, history, political theory, and other subjects. His Confessions, from which the following passage is taken, has remained a popular and influential work for almost 1,600 years.

I entered into the innermost part of myself. . . . I entered and I saw with my soul’s eye (such as it was) an unchangeable light shining above this eye of my soul and above my mind. . . . He who knows truth knows that light, and he who knows that light knows eternity. Love knows it. O eternal truth and true love and beloved eternity! [2]

And I often do this. I find a delight in it, and whenever I can relax from my necessary duties I have recourse to this pleasure. {I experience] a state of feeling which is quite unlike anything to which I am used — a kind of sweet delight which, if I could only remain permanently in that state, would be something not of this world, not of this life. But my sad weight makes me fall back again; I am swallowed up by normality. [3]

St. Gregory the Great (540–604 • Italy)

St-Gregory-GreatBorn into an eminent Roman family and heir to a large fortune, Gregory decided to become a monk. After he became Pope at the age of 50, he devoted himself to social causes, the first pope especially known for doing so. He reformed the mass and introduced the ritual plainsong known today as the Gregorian chant. He was also a noted theologian. His book, Morals on Job, from which the following passage is taken, influenced religious thought for centuries.

The mind of the elect . . . is frequently carried away into the sweetness of heavenly contemplation; already it sees something of the inmost realities as it were through the mist . . . it feeds on the taste of the unencompassed Light, and being carried beyond self, disdains to sink back again into self. . . .

Sometimes the soul is admitted to some unwonted sweetness of interior relish, and is suddenly in some way refreshed when breathed on by the glowing spirit. . . .

When this is in any way seen, the mind is absorbed in a sort of rapturous security; and carried beyond itself, as though the present life had ceased to be, it is in a way remade in a certain newness [it is refreshed in a manner by a kind of new being . . . ]. There the mind is besprinkled with the infusion of heavenly dew from an inexhaustible fountain. [4]

    Johannes Tauler (1300–1361 • France)

Johannes Tauler was one of the most influential German spiritual writers of the 1300s. Martin Luther honored Tauler as a primary influence, and Tauler has exerted a profound influence on religious thought ever since. As one scholar remarked, “Tauler presents the Christian tradition in its purest form.” [5]

The soul has a hidden abyss, untouched by time and space, which is far superior to anything that gives life and movement to the body. Into this noble and wondrous ground, this secret realm, there descends that bliss of which we have spoken. Here the soul has its eternal abode. Here a man becomes so still and essential, so single-minded and withdrawn, so raised up in purity, and more and more removed from all things. . . . This state of the soul cannot be compared to what it has been before, for now it is granted to share in the divine life itself. [6]

St. Teresa of Avila (1515–1582 • Spain)

St-teresa-avilaSt. Teresa was one of the greatest women of the Roman Catholic church. Her books are considered masterpieces. St. Teresa initiated the Carmelite Reform, which restored the original contemplative character of the Carmelite order. In 1970 she was Doctor of the Church — one of just 33 individuals, and the first woman, to be so honored by the Catholic church.

My soul at once becomes recollected and I enter the state of quiet or that of rapture, so that I can use none of my faculties and senses. . . .

Everything is stilled, and the soul is left in a state of great quiet and deep satisfaction. [7]

From this recollection there sometimes springs an interior peace and quietude which is full of happiness, for the soul is in such a state that it thinks there is nothing that it lacks. Even speaking — by which I mean vocal prayer and meditation — wearies it: it would like to do nothing but love. This condition lasts for some time, and may even last for long periods. [8]

Thomas Merton (1915–1969 • United States)

After completing a masters degree in English at Columbia University in New York, Merton entered the Abbey of Our Lady of Gethsemani, in Kentucky, as a monk. He was later ordained as a priest. He published more than 15 books of spiritual writings, poetry, fiction, and essays, and participated in movements for social justice and peace. He took great interest in the religions of the East, particularly Zen, for the light they shed on the depth of human consciousness. From the seclusion of the monastery, he exerted a worldwide influence.

In the following passage Merton describes the experience of “contemplation.” He uses the term not in the current sense (thinking intently about something) but in its older sense, to describe the experience of transcending thought:

The utter simplicity and obviousness of the infused light which contemplation pours into our soul suddenly awakens us to a new level of awareness. We enter a region which we had never even suspected, and yet it is this new world which seems familiar and obvious. The old world of our senses is now the one that seems to us strange, remote and unbelievable. . . .

A door opens in the center of our being and we seem to fall through it into immense depths which, although they are infinite, are all accessible to us; all eternity seems to have become ours in this one placid and breathless contact. . . .

You feel as if you were at last fully born. [9]

    A technique for transcending

Readers who practice the Transcendental Meditation technique will recognize in these passages clear descriptions of transcending — the natural phenomenon of mental activity settling down, like waves settling on an ocean. Consciousness reaches its most silent state, serene and unbounded. We experience pure consciousness. We realize that this is our true Self, beyond time and space, infinite and eternal.

We now know, from extensive scientific research studies, that during Transcendental Meditation practice, during the experience of transcendence, brain functioning becomes integrated, physiological activity settles down, and one experiences a unique state of restful alertness, a fourth major state of consciousness Maharishi calls Transcendental Consciousness.

Here is how Maharishi describes the technique:

Transcendental Meditation is just the simple technique of going within, and there you are! To go within is so simple; it is so natural for every man to go to a field of greater happiness. . . .

And how can it be simple? The question arises because constantly I am emphasizing its simplicity. All this message of the inner life and outer life is not new, the same age-old message of the Kingdom of Heaven within. “First seek ye the Kingdom of God and all else will be added unto you.” It is the same age-old, centuries old message, but the message emphasizes today that it is easy for everyone. Without exception, born as man, every man has the right, the legitimate right to enjoy all glories that belong to him, all glories of the inner world and all glories of the outside world. And here is a process every man can directly experience for himself. [10]

  • Alvaro:
I just found that Snider Chumsy deleted me from Meet Your Earthly Nightmare Neighbors.... The "walking thought police". I'm sorry for the group: they deserve a better administrator, not a "big brother"....
Wow! Sorry to hear that. It just seems that the level of tolerance to different ideas is a bit low in some of the time frame I have been there.
Have you heard about the series New Thinking Allowed?
    or about Jeffrey Mishlove?
I prefer to be truthful to myself. I didn't lack education and respect in my dialogue. If he didn't delete the post (Which I think he did) you can read and see. I guess that I watched some episode of "New Thinking Allowed", and I also had watched something with Jeffrey Mishlove. I saw that Snider Chumsy didn't block me from his profile. I just wrote "Why did you deleted me from MYENN" in his inbox. But I don't "want to come back". Now I won't waste my time on interactions on that group. They already had deleted several posts from me. I have my own group, Gnose Mandalica, with 3440 members to take care of.
I just opened YouTube on "Thinking Allowed": I had watched some interviews there
Remembers me "Project Camelot" on their "golden times".
I mentioned the series and the title because there in an important part of development which it does requires the process of analyzing and comparing. Now, the part regarding being open to new ideas is part of the explorations we do, but some people go out of religion to find themselves again in another circle that suppose to be open ideas but at the end it is restrictive.
I did have an interaction once with Snider and it had to do with putting to much hope of people like DW and the rest. I was surprised on the response I got but then I went on explaining my view of being open and the love and respect in such interactions.
Jeffrey just opened a group in case you are interested.
    NTA PSI experience.
    What is your group about?
This was a disappointment for me when I was around twenty years old. Now I'm 52 YO, and honestly I'm not "seeking my peers" on the physical level. What I can share I do, spontaneously, and without expecting feedbacks. Surely it is only from one's inner consciousness that a openness to new vistas and perspectives will happen.
I feel that disappointment since I did not see any interactions that would require such action. Freedom of thought.
Thanks for that info. I will check it out. My group is about the mandalic level of consciousness also related to transpersonal realizations, such a pan-henic shamanic immersion, yoguic realisation, subtle illumination, buddhic consciousness, wise causal level or realization, or nirmanakaya, smabhogakaya, dharmakaya levels of buddhism, and also about sacred geometry, ufology, integral model of knowledge :Ken Wilber's AQAL model, and much more.
If people are not able to engage in a conversation exchanging ideas, then how is society to advance on positive relations with other people?
The MYENN needs a higher level of consciousness administration. It is a shame that it is in new-agey polaric light woo-woo hands.
Sounds interesting although I have no idea what all that is.. Do you think I could get in to check it our?
I agree with you, but these interactions need to happen on the physical level. The virtual interactions have these "safe mechanisms" of blocking and deleting. Nothing will be gained with these run-away attitudes.
I am in Jeffrey's group now.
    This is my group:

    3.423 membros
I post my drawings (there are over 400) there too.
OK. I just sent you a request to join your group.
The dialogues are in Portuguese, my native language, but I also post several messages and videos in English. I use it as a blog and data-base too.
I already approved you. Be welcome! I will search Jeffrey's group now...
Look at "arquivos" (files): there is a lot of books there.

    NTA Psi Experience Community
    275 membros
    It is a new group
I started watching NTA about 6-7 months ago.
I like it because of the openness to explore ideas, and Jeffreys approach.
I just sent my require after answering about my interests.
The 30 minutes format of interview is very useful. On Project Camelot usually the interviews were over 2 hours each.
It is a small group right now, but it seemed like a natural development after the series.
That's my take: I will be always a free-thinker, I will never commit my consciousness to any limited paradigm or system of ideas or ideologies or eny relative perspective.
I like the 30 minute format and the approach to proceeding with questions and interesting info.
Well, isn't that what is suppose to be "awake"?
I like small groups. I started my group with only 8 members: all people I physically new, and that had Merkabah meditation (Drunvalo melquizedek) with me.
I also did a 7 year meditation group with them, one meeting per week.
Sure it is. In interactions we soon discover who is attached with what ideas or ideologies. There's no way to hide attachments and closed mind actitude.
There's a huge difference between someone who's consciousness goes beyond the self-system-of-personal-expression to the contemplative level, like Eckhart Tolle, for instance.
I have no idea of the names given or definitions of many of these things but it is through the personal experiences and a sensing that I can relate to some things. Sometimes it is the knowing already as I read. see or visualize something.
"To believe" in anything is a sign of "to continue to sleep in mind games" or the proverbial "Plato's Cave"
Names are easily learnt. Do not worry about it. They are only useful in certain systems (like the Tibetan Buddhist practices, for instance).
I like the few things I have seen or read from Tolle.
The important thing is to KNOW what we are talking about.
His work with "common people" is precious. All things he share we will find in real meditation traditions.
    I know via sensing.
The "next level of consciousness" for humanity will be the mental abstract level and buddhic level, or 5th-dimension+6th-dimension levels of being.
The human form can acess the physical-etheric-astral-lowe mental-higher mental (abstract)-buddhic-atmic-monadic levels.
I read and feel/relate to something experienced already (even if it was in a different way). Sometimes I read words or see images and feel them...to make sense like pieces of a puzzle.
The 5th Solar Initiation Level that corresponds to a Master, equates with Atmic or Nirvanic or 7th dimension of reality.
    Abstract thought...I like that.
For sure we have each one our own way to apprehend and relate directly with inner experiences. It is only when we try to communicate them we will need to chose a certain nomenclature.
The different ways to "see" something.
But most experiences are better left without sharing them.
Yes, and that can be (depending on those interacting) go in many ways.
There is a reason for the SILENCE; Silence Preserves the State of Consciousness reached.
When the person talks about higher states of consciousness, these "go away" at the same instant the sharing begins.
The personal structure is only an avatar or virtual focus for the higher being that created it for a incarnated experience. The "I" is the "avatar"- the "Real I" is the Augoeides or Atman-Buddhi-Manas or Solar Angel or Higher Self or 5ht-6th-7th Self.
So I tell you that at this point I do understand your openness to explore and feel sadden that Ian put you out of the group. At the same time I do understand why you would not like to be back in, after such interaction since that is precisely what you would not do in a non-virtual interaction. Some people are open and ready other seem open but not ready. So let's hope that will change. It happens everywhere, but here fortunately we have the case that if you can see such interaction as a development for the best...then you will find it best as it is now.
On a practical level all these things we are sharing now are useless as a theme of conversation.
Well, they are good for me at this point of experience.
I am an explorer...that is how I feel. I am amazed and feel at awe on the possibility of being and feeling.
I agree with you. There are a lot of individuals on MYENN (Like Grayham Forscutt) that are way beyond Snider Chumsy, a "spiritual afraid baby" in fact. For me I won't "miss" anything. I already have my "spiritual and extraterrestrial buddies net". The planetary spritual hierarqchy also is our spiritual family, if we are on the consciousness level to relate with them.
It boils down to that point....we are all linked.
It never cease to amaze the infinite life with all its dimensions and experiences. Even after my physical body won't be here my adventure will continue.
I never lost touch with infinity, since birth.
I know that it is so. I had some experiences where I remember somethings, places, etc. What I could consider otherwise weird at a different perceived time.
And I never understood how is to "feel completely separated from all-that-is": for me this is an abnormal state of consciousness.
It is useful to write a diary. I did this for 5 years. It helps to organize the inner world with the outer world.
It seems to be more like an illusion in order to be able to experience creation-existance.
That seems like a good practice.
And at the same time there comes a point that consciousness simply won't put everything only in its personal form of expression: it will be present in group or constellations of entities or experiences like a living gestalt.
I do not do anything like that.
    I am taking about writing.
One sure sign of spiritual growth is losing interest ONLY in "personal or individual evolution". Masters are completely detached from themselves, but at the same time take care of everything needed in this personal level too, of course.
The "more me-me-me" the more baby-consciousness we are seeing.
Have you experience seeing something similar to waves produces by an action like throwing a stone in water, but happening when some words are emitted?
Yes I did. And it also cost me my life when I used speech in the wrong way. It was a hard earned lesson.
    In a different experience?
No, in the same experience and its destructive effects in someone's life.
Well, it is in silence when we sleep also that we experience some ideas.
We are not supposed to destroy people's illusions. Be become responsible for them if something like that happens.
Ideas are the gods of manifestation. We are the incarnation of a eternal idea on the world of form.
Wow! I have a lot of respect for such wonders. I feel like and observer in many ways.
We are the ideas, the experience of them is the created form.
Man is the Logos, the Eternal Thinker, the Creator of Worlds.
Because of that observations I felt at awe on the wonder it is to be able to be here...also if such effects just like waves are observable to some, that brought me to more respect since I realize I did not know much on how all these live, ideas, and creation is a wonder.
At the same time I started reading about physics...ended up with scientific topics, etc.
I agree. All of existence is sacred and a divine project in the going. Nothing is apart from Logos or Divine Purpose. Everything has Meaning and Beauty and Order and it will ever expand and evolve. Life's dance and bliss and eternal creation doesn't end.
Yes: to have a scientific background is very uselfull.
Life, Number, Form, Gravity, Consciousness manifest at the same time.
Isn;t it all like everything else on the learning path? Many things can be presented, and depend on what we call heart/intention. So love is key to me.
Nature, Mind, Manifestation, Function, meaning are related.
yes, it is. But love can be impersonal and objective too. "Subjective love" exists only when a soul exists. And infinite manifestation goes beyond the soul level of possible experiences.
Yes, it has been useful, including quantum physics and new potential ways of explanation to what some of us are observing.
Look at the mulamadhyamikakarika book by Nagarjuna and the 4 appories of being: very advanced perspective on the nature of reality.
    What about "absolute" love?
When consciousness transcends the self-reference center of personal experience, understanding goes a quantum jump level.
Would you define that as a quantum consciousnesses -absolute love?
"absolute love" is the absolute emptiness of infinite and ever present light or no-volition and no differentiations.
Which reminds me of the "cosmic dust" allegory you used.
there is no "movements" or "transformations" or "experiences" or any possible perspective or understanding in "absolute nature". symbolically is "absolute death"= "absolute life"- this is nirvana or fanna or ayn-suph-aur of kabbalah
yes, I used as a irony: ashayana deane used it as a "scary tactics to convince people to straight their paths" lol
a true mystic is already "absolutely dead".
the empty eye of space and clarity
    non-volition, non-perturbation, no-modifications...
It seems reasonable, since there is nothing to transform to create at that point.
the self-system can't live like that: it needs some stimulus to action and development
that is like the sleep without dreams state of consciousness.
when there is no more existence we are at home like pleroma
I grasp what you are saying.
existence equals perturbations that generate creation of possibilities to try to restore balance
and all those process occur only in the mind of the creator as the Logos, like Man
existence is organized movement in space
Would you consider the path to harmonization of the perceived self to go back to "integrate" to the absolute love-point zero?
when there is no movement, existence end, and space always is as absolute no-being
"self" is only a function of self-reference or intelligent order. When this process ends, "self" ends too. Nature is simple. Nothing exists that is no necessary. And "self" is useful only in a certain range of functions. Nothing more.
That is why is silly to "try to immortalize self": this turns into a spiritual neurosis.
    "self" = contraction= tension = effort.
when this "effort" end, self is gone, for good.
this "effort" created the "ring of existence"
The self perspective, do you consider it with different potential past life experiences/dimensions?
    Like a cycle?
yes, it does, but only from the point of view of manifestation. And "manifestation" compared with absolute non-existence literaly is "small game in town". only the Logos "cares to watch his game"
    cycle= respiuration = soul...expansion and contraction= heart= solar soul = prana= tiphereth= chist = illuminated consciousness= gravity
    I like to observe...
yes, to observe is to open portals to new realities or perpspectives. everything begins with observation
to observe = to sense = to feel= to be present = to understand emphatically
    attention orients towards totality
    totality= gestalt= essential knowledge
I remember perceived events on the sleep state too...so it is an observations of this life and the so perceived as sleep state.
indeed it is - this is 5D abstract mind pure contemplation.
this state of consciousness is present right now, under our waking embodied consciousness
we are always dancing in the bubble of existence on the absolute void of all-that-is
All heart centered. I feel a lot of love and gratefulness. Like born again.
    There is more coherence now.
indeed this feel like it. On a deeper level there is absolute indifference, like luminous impersonal light devoid of any modifications or contents.
coherence comes with a harmonious heart and living
when there is nothing worth to fight for, and nothing to defend against
beauty comes with accomplishment and satisfaction of the heart and soul.
Well...maybe not some other people but I am mentioning this in the observer.self joining with more coherence.
even tensions and suffering are "beautiful" from a soul level: there are expressions of life trying to accomodate to a more sane state and then proceed to create new things and accomplishments
Just like when other cannot comprehend what is that coherence.
we can never be different from what we are, even when we judge ourselves in a limited and distorted way.
This also is a lesson to be leraned thorugh suffering that will impel intelligence to solve what's is going on
I stated calling the process "harmonizing" in coherence.
the prove of the pudding is our own life: if we are like a magic angel sharing light and happiness and beauty and charm in what we do and in the connections we make with people (including those intimate relationships). a neurotic person cannot avoid to show their "ugly face" in these situations
that's why what matters is not what we say, but what we do and how we live and respond to life's situations
and people come to know us in this excat manner
generally what people say is a lie (conscious or not), a wishful thinking, a desire of a state still not accomplished
and there is no intimacy in the person: intimacy exists on the soul level.
the person separates with thoughts and emotions and creeds and traumas and neurotic reactions, etc
It also helps one become even more emphatic. There is a part of understanding and the desire to assist other in their path to harmonize whatever they need in their unique experiences/paths/. At tbe same time the fear is not longer what it was.
Emotions are key, how we respond.
and people "have hungry for authenticity and openess". the best way to be is without any attachments.
    How we interact, etc.
when we are present "without hungry for things, persons and experiences". the natural state of the soul = open heart to what-is-now
That is part of the process. but just being content with all you already are.
when consciousness goes beyond the personal system, the mind empties of automatic thought-form-chattering and the emotion body clears of waves of emotions provoqued by life's happenings
It is part of being thankful already. It is a big think just to realize this.
when we don't want to call people's attention towards ourselves then harmony is present.
and we don't mind that people doesn't ask us to join them in what they are doing. And we hear people and we don't want to put our personal imput in their dialogues, etc. Just like a mirror on a wall: reflect everything that comes towards, and is itself empty of personal processes
Yes....because there is no need to have that attention when you consider that all of share a same source.
I'm sorry, I will have to interrupt this wonderful dialogue: it's 16:00 PM here and I will have my lunch (I awakened 11:00 AM today) and I will make something for my mother to eat too.
I enjoy friends with whom I can stay silently, listening to some music, an occasion conversation and then again silence, etc.
And I also enjoy spontaneuous intimacy and "being naturally what we are" without any subjective theaters of the persona.
The desire is just to make this experience the best you can and while being at it, make it also for others. Love centered heart. Working on it without really being work. there is more like a joy to do so.
Have a good time and meal. I am also heading out soon for a BD party.
That's how I feel my interactions too.
Have a great BD party. Be well!
    No drama....
No need for it. Busier getting into a different sate of life experience.
    Cheers my friend!
    Until next time!
