• A Mystery Beneath Our Feet - An Introduction To Our Hollow Earth
At a time in my life when I felt more spiritually in-tune than any other I often pleaded to God to have His mysteries revealed to me. A most unexpected concept came to my mind over the following months that I could not let go of. This idea led to hours of research, meditation, prayer and discussion with loved ones about the theory that our earth may actually be hollow. I discovered a wealth...

  • Stargazing and More
It's finally warm enough this week to spend several evenings out on the back deck, enjoying the night air. Tonight it's all clouds and a breeze that threatens rain. But I've got my laptop and my guy has his guitar. It's all the "atmosphere" I need, a cool breeze and sweet tunes.   Most summer nights you can find us out here, laying in a double-wide reclining lawn chair,...

  • They Walk The Lake At Night - An Original Poem for the Onstellar Community

    When the water is low

    and the sky grows dark

    as the sun sinks below

    the horizon's ark

there is something you should know.

    Though birds were chirping,

    the fish biting,

Though the day once burned with sol

    the sunset so inviting

as the waves slap gently on the beach

    There's something you should know!

They walk the lake at night!

    Immediately a sense of dread

    and fear of the truth

    filled my head

when from the edge of my sight

    I saw a movement

    ever so slow and slight.

    Dark mossy roots

    From an ancient tree.

I swore I saw them move.

    With long tentacles,

    That lake moster was alive

    and coming nearer to me!

    I stopped, turned and stared

    Not moving a hair,

    checking for proof,

    of judgement impaired?

Not an inch did he move

    But I knew the truth.

They walk the lake at night!

    Fishermen, beware.

    Human flesh is their fare!

    Don't be caught at night

    In the lake monster's lair.

They walk the lake at night!

    Though my throat tightened

    From being so frightened

    I somehow wasn't quite sure

    with the surge of adrenaline

    If my reasoning was pure.

    With my senses heightened

    I knew he was real.

But beyond that, there was more

    that I could feel.

    An air of his sadness

    for his lonely plight

    and the ensuing madness

of the unasumming man who lingers

as he walks the lake at night.

That is the lure he uses.

To make the man feel pitty

    And doubt his sanity.

    When with incredible speed

    The man falls victim

    As he refuses to flee.

But somehow I caught the vision

    In the nick of time

    and began to sprint

    at the first sign

    of his sinister intent.

    I narrowly escaped

    from his marvellous reach

    But felt the searing pain.

He slashed my neck and cheek.

    That last thing I saw

    until I awakened again

was the spray of my own blood

    on the rocks

    in tiny specks.

I was losing consciousness just then.

    But somehow I awoke

    Alone in my bed

    As if all were naught

    Until I remembered the gash

    And felt the blood

    And saw my fingers red.

And I knew in a flash

    What I must do

I must tell of the danger

    Especially to you!

    Beware!

They walk the lake at night!
